Dawny and Richard continue their tour of Shubie Park, this time exploring The Deep Cut by canoe. The Deep Cut is a 1 km section of the canal that took almost 3 years to construct. It connects Lock 3 to Lake Charles, the high point of the waterway.

Richard and Dawny explore the Portobello Marine Railway. Today, this site is a quiet park with a nice trail and some beautiful artwork. But as Richard points out, there's still a lot of industrial infrastructure here. You just have to know where to look for it.
