Important Booking Information

Please note that we do not accept direct phone calls or emails for HRM bookings. To request a date, please check the calendar for availability and complete the form below.

We also do not maintain a waitlist for HRM departments seeking confirmed bookings. You’re welcome to check our calendar at any time, and if a date becomes available, you may submit a request at that point.

As a small nonprofit with limited staff capacity, these systems help us manage bookings efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

When you reserve the Avery Room | Fairbanks Centre meeting space you agree to adhere to the all room use policies and procedures outlined below (they are subject to change without notice, please review).

HRM ROOM BOOKING REQUEST

Please complete this form to request use of the Avery Room. All HRM bookings must follow SCC policies, procedures, and the HRM 100-use allocation.
